“Ribbons for Pigs” is a follow up to another little record I put out about a month ago, “Trio with Strings, Vol. One.” This latest one is more horn-centric, a bit jazzier, and also features a fantastic cast of musicians - John Gunther (flute), Gabriel Mervine (trumpet), Sam Williams (tenor saxophone), Andrew Vogt (baritone saxophone, clarinet), Adam Bartczak (trombone), Greg Harris (vibraphone), Gonzalo Teppa (bass), and Dru Heller (drums). It was recorded by Colin Bricker at Mighty Fine Productions in Denver.
