Slingin’ some new singles this spring. Next up, my trio’s reinterpretation of The Spice Girls’ “Wannabe.”
This was such a fun reharmonization to write and play. My friends Alejandro Castaño (with a great drum solo during the outro) and Matt Smiley also joining me on this take. Engineered by Loren Dorland at @mightyfinestudios

Slingin’ some new singles this spring. Next up, my trio’s reinterpretation of Paul Simon’s “Kodachrome.”
I had a swell time swimmin’ in the psychedelic tape echo spaces on the Rhodes for this one. My friends Alejandro Castaño (drums) and Matt Smiley (bass) also joining me on this take.

Slingin’ some new singles this spring. Next up, my trio’s reinterpretation of The Beatles’ “Good Day Sunshine.”
Always a treat to play a real Wurlitzer electric piano in tandem with a nice grand piano. Also a blast to lay this take down with my friends Alejandro Castaño (drums) and Matt Smiley (bass).

Stoked for SilCo! Sat. April 4th up in Silverthorne. Joining me for this very special show will be my friends Dru Heller on drums and Patrick McDevitt on bass. We’ll be cranking out a fun and eclectic mixture of my original tunes and some reimagined covers. Really cool theater with a great vibe. Tickets at thesilco.org

Some excavated footage from a gig with my sextet at @museperformancespace a few years back - with Greg Harris (vibraphone), Andrew Vogt (saxophone), Tim Wendel (guitar), Matt Smiley (bass), and Dru Heller (drums). Clip features my tune “Reflections of a Seasonal Romance,” which was originally released on my album “Opus Reminiscence” back in 2017 (link to album on my bio header thing). And a Happy 79th Birthday to the great Art Lande, who years ago encouraged me with developing this composition, among countless other musical explorations over the years.
